Kids can ride bikes etc as long as they keep safe, wear their helmets at all times and obey our rules.   NO helmet NO ride. Please; NO SKATEBOARDS.

Local busses operate from the front of our park. Check local time tables. Ask reception timetables.

We sell ice, soft drinks and ice creams and have Swap n’ Go gas.  There are corner stores the entrance to the Park, a news agency, Bean At Burrill Cafe', IGA and a hairdresser. We are approx 5 minutes drive to Ulladulla.  They have Coles, Aldi, Woollies, IGA, Harris Scarffe, Target and specialty shops.  There is the Dunn Lewis Centre, Funland Ulladulla and the Ulladulla Cinema.

No we do not allow any pets within the Park. Please ask Reception for details of the nearest Kennels – let your dog/cat have a holiday too! Some BIG4 Parks do accept dogs, however, we feel that the size and design of our Park prohibits us from joining this program. Please see www.BIG4.com.au for a list of particpating Parks.

We have our own private boat ramp for guests use only.   A fishing license is required to fish in NSW if you are 18 years of age or older.  You may purchase one from most fishing stores and service stations.

We have an internet kiosk located at Reception as well as FREE Wifi throughout the park.

No, unfortunately open fires are not permitted in the Park.  This includes braziers etc.

We are in Burrill Lake on the NSW South Coast, just 5 km south of Ulladulla and 45 minutes north of Batemans Bay. We are approximately 3 hrs drive south of Sydney and 2.5 hours east of Canberra.

We hire canoes, kayaks, pedal boats SUP boards and the golf clubs for our 18 hole Mini Golf course. 

We have dedicated disabled bathroom facilities.These include a shower, bath and toilet with hand rails.  We also have two Bungalows equipped for those with Special Needs.

The best Restaurants nearby are in Ulladulla (approx 5 minutes drive) and Milton (approx 15 minutes drive). All cuisines are available from Indian, Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Cafes, Seafood and Mexican.  The local clubs all offer great value meals and provide a courtesy bus service all year round.

The washing machines take 4 x $1 coins.  The dryers also take $1 coins.

The Park has a 1 car per booking policy, hwoever all cabins are allocated with two car spaces.  Only 1 car psace per ensuite and powered site. Your car needs to fit within the boundary of your powered or ensuite site at all times.  This may mean that you need a larger site or a smaller tarp.  Discuss your requirements with reception at time of booking. We have a security gate at the entrance of the park that restricts access to 1 car only.  This ensures the safety of all guests, as well as limiting car numbers to reduce traffic within the park.  Extra parking is available just outside the security gate on the park grounds.  All Boats are asked to please be parked on the designated boat parking area. 

All our standard rates listed are for 1-2 people.  Any additional guests are charged per night.  Children under 4 years stay free In cabins:  Extras $20 per person per night. On Sites:   Extras $15 per person per night.

Plenty of options - Call us and pay by Credit card over the phone (Mastercard or Visa only, sorry we do not accept Diners or Amex) You can send us a cheque made out to ‘BIG4 Bungalow Park on Burrill Lake’. You can pay by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) into our account.  Please see your confirmation letter for our bank account details or call us.  Please state your surname and reservation number in the reference. Please note that cheques and EFT need to be received more than 1 week prior to arrival. Balances are due 30 days prior to arrival for all bookings during the Christmas school holidays.  For off peak bookings, your balance can be paid on arrival. Payment plans can be arranged if you would like to pay a small amount every month for example. Balances for Christmas school holidays are payable in full by the 31 October.

Our Camp Kitchen has a full size fridge, sinks, microwaves, hotplates and BBQ plate, toasters and a kettles.

Dolphin Point beach (unpatrolled) is approx I kilometer from the Park. Mollymook beach is patrolled during School holidays and weekends. These beaches offer some of the coast’s best surfing. .

Check in time is 2pm.  Check out time is 10am for all sites and accommodation. Remember that the Park Operates on NSW Day Light Saving Time.  Early arrivals and late checkouts may be available but you must check with reception on the day prior to your arrival.

All of our cabins have reverse cycle air conditioning.

ALL our cabins have digital flat screen TV’s, DVD players and Foxtel with the exception of the Cottages which do not have Foxtel.

Yes we have 5 undercover BBQ areas with 9 BBQ plates, two on the lakefront and three situated amongst the cabins.

Bookings during the Christmas school holidays may be cancelled but all monies paid are NON refundable.  At other times of the year 30 days notice is required.  In the event of Cancellations with less than 30 days notice no refunds are available.
